Meet the team

Neil Potter ROVOP CEO
Neil Potter
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Neil joined ROVOP in April 2020 bringing extensive experience gained from senior financial and operational management positions across various sectors and most recently 12+ years in oil gas. He has particular expertise in delivering value by sound commercial management aligned to a strong ethos of quality service delivery through team effort. Neil is a Chartered Accountant and most recently, prior to joining ROVOP, held senior roles in private equity backed companies Dominion Gas and TWMA.

Graeme Park
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Graeme joined ROVOP in September 2020. He has 30 years of financial experience in large plc’s as well as private equity backed companies across various industries. Over the last eight years, Graeme has been focused at the CFO level in the oil & gas services sector.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR EUROPE & AFRICA

Paul joined ROVOP in October 2020, and has held various senior operational positions within the oil and gas industry over a 28-year career. He joined ROVOP from i-Tech7/Subsea7 where he spent 4 ½ years and was Director for the Subsea products group delivering high technology ROV & Diver deployed subsea solutions globally. Prior to this, Paul was at Oceaneering (DTS Group) for 10 years delivering subsea ROV tooling & engineered solutions – laterally in the role of Business Development Director EMEA. His formative years in the industry were spent at FMC Technologies in various roles over 12 years, including time at PSL (Progenitive Services Ltd) for two years. Paul brings an absolute commitment to service quality delivery, business development & value driven solutions.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR MIDDLE EAST & ASIA

Doug started his career as a Maintenance Engineer, Welder and Fitter before becoming an ROV Pilot Technician in 1998 with Submersible Television Surveys (STS). He then moved to Technip as an ROV Supervisor, but later returned to STS (now Neptune Marine Services) as ROV Project Manager, and latterly became Operations Manager before joining ROVOP as Operations Director in 2012.

Daniel joined ROVOP in July of 2021.  Daniel has been in the ROV industry for over 13 years and held various roles from ROV Supervisor, Technical Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and most recently Business Acquisitions Manager at Helix Remote Services.

Karen Roy
HR Director

Karen joined ROVOP in December 2019, bringing significant strategic and operational HR experience, gained within the oil and gas sector. She has a proven track record in developing, implementing and delivering strategic change initiatives globally including: organisational change and development; talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives. CIPD qualified, Karen has most recently held senior HR roles with ICR Integrity and Viking SeaTech.

Mark joined ROVOP in September 2021 from Subsea 7 where he held various international business development roles. He brings significant knowledge of business development, strategy, and commercial issues across the energy sector.  Mark holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Stirling specialising in strategy, policy, international business, and Marketing.

Commercial Director

Suzy joined ROVOP in 2018. She has 18 years’ experience in the subsea sector, initially with an operations and logistics focus before moving into commercial roles. Suzy previously worked for TS Marine and was part of the team which established Salt Subsea in Aberdeen before she joined Bibby Offshore. Her industry knowledge and experience mean she brings a sound understanding of both operational and commercial issues to her role with ROVOP.

Katherine Pithie

HSEQ Director

Katherine joined ROVOP in November 2023. She has 22 years of experience in HSEQ in the oil and gas sector, specialising in subsea, integrity management, and chemical sectors. Katherine previously worked for Wood for the previous 12 years in various HSEQ positions, most recently as Senior HSEQ manager, managing and developing all aspects of HSEQ on and offshore in EAME and APAC, including mentoring and developing the HSEQ teams.   Kat brings knowledge and commitment to ensure continuous improvement to all HSEQ within ROVOP.
